There are so many stories out there in the wild of how someone succeeded in starting a company or how it overcame challenges to become a success. I’m interested in how companies failed, in any capacity, please detail your experiences in what happened during your time working for a company and what made it fail. Some specific areas that I’m interested in are:
What did the owner do when the ship was sinking?
How did employees react when they caught wind that the company was doomed?
What did the employees do in the final days before the company closed?
