Ask HN: What’s a good course for learning GPU programming?

There’s a lot of resources out there and it would be nice to get HN’s collective wisdom on this.

I’m just wondering if there’s something out there that’s like a “gold standard” for the subject, like the way Gilbert Strang’s linear algebra lectures are so widely regarded.
