Show HN: Simon – A Web-Based System Monitor with Alerts and Docker Insights

I built Simon, a simple system monitor with built-in alerts, written in Rust. It tracks system metrics, monitors Docker containers and sends alerts—all in a single, lightweight binary.

Features:

* Web-based UI – No terminal needed, monitor from your browser

* System monitoring – CPU, memory, disk, network usage and Docker container metrics

* Alerts – Get notified when resource usage crosses set limits

* Single binary – No dependencies, lightweight, and easy to deploy

I made this because I wanted an easy-to-use, no-bloat system monitor that just works. It’s still a work in progress, and I’d love any feedback or suggestions!
