Scale AI faces its 3rd lawsuit now?

It still hasn’t even been a month since the last time Scale AI’s faced its second lawsuit over their labor practices. Now, they have a third lawsuit from a group of workers claiming they suffered psychological trauma from reviewing disturbing content without adequate safeguards. The company’s valuation was $13.8 billion last year. Will all of these lawsuits cause that to suffer, or will venture capitalists look the other way?
