Looking for experienced fullstack developers for early stage startup.

I started in a startup 5 months ago, we just got investment and need to grow a bit to be able to increase velocity, I would like to hire 1-2 very experienced developers, who can develop in React Native, React and also be able to switch to backend, eveything in typescript. The plan is to create small but very strong team and keep it like that for longer period, I was working for bigger companies, like 300 devs and it scares me how inefficient it is when the team grows too much.

I am wondering if any of you have experience with such situation and would recommend to go this way of finding generalist more then people who specialize “only” in mobile development for instance.
