Fireworks should be 100% illegal for public sale.

I don’t understand how they’re allowed to be sold at all to the public. Many cities say it’s illegal to pop them in city limits, but everyone does it anyways. They disturb neighbors, scare the heck out of animals, cause fires, injure over 10,000 people a year and even kill some. We minus well bring back lawn darts.
