Ask HN: What are the best options for transpiling using LLM’s?

Is it just write the repo(s) to a text file and upload to Claude with some instructions?
Specifically, looking to port ML models between frameworks. For example, JAX <-> PyTorch, but can include just about any framework like Tinygrad, MLX.
