Anthropic Outage for Opus 4.5 and Sonnet 4/4.5 across all services
Elevated errors across many models Incident Report for Claude Postmortem Between 13:25 and 14:43 PT today, Claude Opus 4.5 and Sonnet models experienced degraded availability. A network routing misconfiguration caused traffic to backend infrastructure to be dropped, preventing requests from completing. The misconfiguration has been reverted and service is fully restored.
