AIO – please tell me I’m trippin… I think my husband wants to eat me?

I don’t normally snoop- but I need to be upfront. Things have not been good for awhile-between us. Different rooms. Cold responses. It started around last December when I had a miscarriage. It’s like the world shifted and shit just became tense and toxic. Lots of yelling, sleepless nights, drunken arguments (all from him, I don’t drink)

I was Convinced he was cheating and honestly I’m at my wits end with him. So yes, I snooped.

I found this earlier this morning when he was in the shower. And um. I’m absolutely having a panic attack. I made an excuse that I had to go pick up some groceries and now I’m just sitting in a Starbucks parking lot wondering if I’m overreacting ? Or is this as bad as it looks?

What exactly can I do here? He has control over the finances… should I steal his card and book it? Am I at risk? Can I even call the police about this?

Please am I freaking out over maybe just him having a morbid curiosity ?
