AIO coworker (25F) switched hotel room type without letting me (25M) know while on business trip

We are supposed to be in this hotel for 4 nights for business trip but she switched the room type so we had to share the bed. I am not going to be able to afford booking another one without reimbursement and I am only able to contact HR tomorrow since it’s weekend but I still had to stay the night here. I am planning to sleep on the floor. I am documenting this so I can explain this to my gf and HR
