Amazon restricted my account because I tried to make a purchase while on the move. Amazon must have thought that somebody was trying to hack my account. I explained to Amazon customer support that it was me who was using my account to make an order while on a journey. Amazon said I would receive an email for a third party that would resolve this problem. I’ve had to speak to Amazon customer service multiple times because I have still not received this email. I can’t make any orders on my Amazon account, my account is limited to only digital purchases such as subscriptions and memberships.
If Amazon wasn’t a monopoly I would have found an alternative instead of dealing with this unnecessary stress.
